Harkening back to its early ‘90s heritage, the Nike Air Max 90 Double-Stacked “Infrared” pays homage to the model’s vibrant OG colourway.
Known for its sleek shape and visible Nike Air technology, the AM90 stood the test of time and has been a mainstay offering among the brand’s Sportswear catalogue for decades. The brand-new Double-Stacked model fulfils the design standards of the platform sneaker trend with its oversized PU midsole and namesake double-stacked Air unit in the heel, similar to the women’s exclusive Air Max Furyosa. This colourway flaunts a clean white mesh base with light grey midfoot overlays and a stealthy black mudguard. Contrasting the neutral hues are the bright infrared pigments engulfing the TPU panels on the eyestay, heel, and lateral Air Max branding. The tongue incorporates debossed Nike Air labels, while the rear features an equal sign as a nod to the plush double-stacked Air cushioning encased in a black TPU column for stability. Nike’s signature waffle sole completes the modern-day AM90 remake.
